Cancellelations
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in its respected city sales tax rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside of California and the United States then your sales tax will be zero. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your countries destination, it will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Our Guarantee To You
We endeavor to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case the consumer will be notified that the product is on back order.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 3pm will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the day after the next day.

In no event shall GRS PRO or its directors and employees be LIABLE for any indirect, special or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind whether in an action in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use this website or the materials contained in, or accessed through this site including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by you on any information obtained from GRS PRO, or that results from mistakes, omission, interruptions, deletion of files or email, error, defects, web viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure to performance. In no event shall GRS PRO be liable whether in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, or strict liability.
